It’s that time of year when the weather can change from sunny to snowy in a heartbeat. Saturday we were lounging in the backyard wearing flip-flops and planning the garden.
Sunday was a different matter.
It was miserable at the pasture.
Snow blew straight at us. I managed to get coats on the Golden Girls, and grain into their bellies.
Then I went home, changed out of wet clothes and took a nap.
By yesterday afternoon, the snow had melted, birds were once again chirping, and the grass has turned to emerald.
Ah yes, Springtime in the Rockies.
P.S. Sorry about no posts last week. I have a good excuse which I’ll tell you about on Thursday.
